The 2025 Business Planning Meeting of BNKC (Cambodia) Microfinance Institution Plc was successfully held with a positive outlook. This two-day meeting took place from January 3 to 4, 2025, at the headquarters of BNKC (Cambodia) Microfinance Institution Plc in Phnom Penh. It was attended by CEO Moon Sung Jin, Deputy CEO Jang Hyun Seok, department heads, and leaders from all 19 branches.

The primary objective of the meeting was to strengthen the strategic planning for 2025 while reviewing the achievements of 2024 and setting new goals for the upcoming year.
On the first day, the meeting commenced with a speech by the Deputy CEO, followed by a presentation highlighting the main achievements of 2024 and the challenges that lie ahead. Presentations by the heads of each department introduced innovative solutions, fostering confidence and positive expectations for the year ahead. The department heads analyzed performance effectiveness and discussed successful models along with areas for improvement.
The meeting placed significant emphasis on establishing a rapid development policy and fostering a collaborative culture, promoting harmony and solidarity to adapt to the evolving market. This approach aims to ensure that the institution provides services that meet customer needs and supports the growth of goods and services.
